So, after heading to Ca to take part in a reality tv show that centered on cooking, I've decided that that is really what I want to do with my life from here on in. Therefore, today is head into town and pound the pavement day, talking to chefs at some of the restaurants in Boston, trying to see if I can get a job in a kitchen. At this point I will happily scrub pots and pans if it means that I'll eventually be able to cook something in a professional kitchen.
Thoughts on dinner tonight are slow braised beef ribs in beef stock with veggies and rosemary..cause if it stands still long enough, I'm putting rosemary in it ;) Pictures and recipe to follow later on.
